You know how sometimes the universe just seems to work in your favor? Today is one of those days for me.

I have been drooling over the Hello, Gorgeous! blog now for quite some time, specifically the "Threads" section I just linked to. Yasi has incredible (yet achievable) style. When I need style inspiration, her blog is one of the very first resources I turn to. 

Frequently featured in her style posts are her Aigner Chip Boots. 

Sidenote: who else pronounces that agg-ner? That's how I grew up saying it, and then I saw on TV that it's supposed to be pronounced ahhn-yay. Whoops. Podunk, Tennessee education strikes again!

After oohing and aahing over her blog last night, I sat on the Macy's website oohing and aahing over the Chip boots. I have really been wanting some higher quality riding boots than the ones I currently have, and these looked perfect. Even thought the $150 price tag isn't a bad price, it was just enough to make me hesitate considering we are just coming off of the Christmas spending shock-and-awe campaign.
